One-pot Sundried Tomato & Olive Chicken with Sunblest Macaroni

Ingredients
. 2 Chicken Breasts
. 1 tablespoon Italian spices
. 3 Garlic cloves (Minced)
. Salt & Black Pepper to taste
. 1 Zest of a Lemon (Keep the juice)
. 60 ml Olive Oil
. 100 g Sundried Tomatoes (Chopped)
. 80 g Calamata Olives (Sliced)
. 4 Tomatoes (Chopped)
. 1 ea Green Chilli
. 400 g Sunblest Spaghetti
. 600 g Chicken Stock
. 600 g Black Pepper (for seasoning)
. 600 g Salt (for seasoning)
. 100 g Rocket (Optional)
Method
01. Cut the chicken into small bite-size pieces, add minced garlic, Italian seasoning blend, salt, chopped green chilli, lemon zest and juice pepper and olive oil. Mix thoroughly to combine. Store in fridge to marinate for 1 hour.
02. Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the spaghetti broken into smaller pieces.
