01. Roll the puff pastry and line a greased dish (18x28x4cm). Cut off the excess. Prick the base and sides and finish off the edge shell style. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
02. Boil the Sunblest Macaroni as per instructions. In salt water to soft.
03. Mix the chilli, cheese and macaroni.
04. Spoon the mixture into the lined puff pastry dish.
05. Whisk the eggs, milk, mustard powder, salt and pepper and pour over the macaroni mixture.
06. Pre-heat the oven to 190°C. Bake for 45-60 minutes.
07. Cut into slices and garnish with chopped parsley.
